25th September 2011

Wind Stength: F3-4
Surf / Sea State: moderate
Air Temperature: warm
Sea Temperature: warm
Weather: warm
Max Speed: 16 (knots - unless stated otherwise)
Distance Covered: 13 (Nautical Miles - unless stated otherwise)

arrived at the dip midday, to glorious sun warm, 8kts which built to 12, game on. Ian Maker and Lord Swainy went freeride whilst Neil, Rog me rig longbd.
The dip to docks race was on, with the phantom/9.5 tushy keeping the older boards at bay on the 3.7nm beat. met up with Colesy buzzing us on his 12M/161 and Andy J getting to grips with F1.
Great day, with another race back to the dip, which was a run, my nightmare. DC left us for dead, as the wind was perfect for formula, downwind, whilst Rog on 8.5M struggled under powered on the run.
Neil reached out to sea, so nipped in under, roger stlye to take him.
Loads of kites, in the low tide, with Lord Swainy and co turning up having a goodtime on freerides with big sails. Never known a sept like it, should have worn a shortie, as it was really warm.
Neil took on Colsey back to the docks and was only caught by the formula head at the spa, whilst andy M would not have caught him to the docks.
In light winds and a tight beats the starboards Forms are vulnerable to the phantoms DC ! :) best you buy one soon mate :) ur in the crap if I lose a stone :)
